Job DescriptionAs a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business operations. This includes managing and optimizing processes to achieve efficiency, quality, and alignment with our strategic goals.Your primary focus will be on taking ownership of various tasks, including guiding associates, promoting the utilization of our digitized platform, and driving adoption by assisting in downloading and using the App. You will also engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate with the tech team, and ensure timely push notifications and banner displays.In addition, you will conduct Cafe LENS and hygiene checklists, perform hourly governance checks on LENS, address issues, and report incidents, accidents, and near misses to the reporting manager.You will foster a positive work culture and ensure timely, high-quality service by gathering feedback from employees and clients at cafeterias regularly.Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements for displays, counters, and service areas. You will oversee cafeteria counters to ensure adherence to laid-out Operating Standard Procedures (OSPs).You will inspect work areas during and after use, ensuring proper waste disposal. You will maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and temperature records, reporting any variances.Additionally, you will ensure equipment operates according to Equipment Safety Work Procedures (ESWP) and report any downtime to relevant departments.Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in making our business a success by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:Passionate about providing top-notch service to both clients and employeesStrong communication skills in both English and the local languageBasic computer knowledge and a passion for learningHonesty and integrityAbility to lead and manage food partner employeesSelf-motivation to take initiativesMinimum of 2 years of relevant experienceBenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package that includes travel reimbursements as per our travel policy.
