Vieu is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Team Lead - Senior Research Analyst to join our Growth Team. In this high-impact role, you'll lead a team of analysts and collaborate closely with Sales and GTM teams to drive deep, contextual research that powers enterprise sales conversations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic research on target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to support sales planning and outreach.
- Build and review high-quality demo decks, account plans, and sales materials tailored to each prospect.
- Develop research frameworks and scalable processes to improve speed and accuracy. Mentor junior analysts, ensuring quality output and continuous learning within the team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to inform GTM strategy with actionable insights.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of experience in research, business analysis, or GTM roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment.
- Experience using tools like Google Sheets, Slides, and research databases.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team is a plus.
