This role will involve working closely with our Client Success team to provide technical support for software issues and collaborating with our Engineering department to debug and resolve these issues.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support to internal and external users, including customer service teams, clients, and partners.Communicate and coordinate feedback and inputs to the development team.Assist our QA lead with quality assurance activities.Troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support from the development team.Communicate effectively with customers to identify and resolve their problems.Propose workarounds to customers when fixes take time to be released.Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.Support the rollout of new applications.Develop procedural documentation to support our clients.Manage multiple cases simultaneously.Evaluate and test new releases.About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology and 3-5 years of experience providing tech support for web-based business applications with mobile interfaces. Your skill set should include working knowledge of Linux, Java, JavaScript (React), MySQL, AWS, and proficiency in browser-based debugging, JSON format, REST APIs, database queries, and logs. Experience with remote desktop applications, help desk software, ticket management tools, and AI tools is also desirable. A development mindset, attention to detail, good problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong written and verbal communication are essential for this position.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required for this role. Additionally, 3-5 years of experience in providing tech support for web-based business applications with mobile interfaces is necessary. Relevant certifications and training programs can be beneficial but are not mandatory.This role offers opportunities for growth and professional development.
