PDI Support SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled PDI Support Specialist to deliver comprehensive support for PDI solutions used by major retail and petroleum clients.The role involves providing end-to-end support, troubleshooting application issues, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless business continuity. As the backup support resource, you will work alongside an existing internal subject matter expert.Offer L2/L3 support for PDI applications across multiple retail locations, encompassing store operations, POS integrations, fuel pricing, inventory, and back-office processes.Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and uptime, addressing incidents, configuration issues, and integration failures promptly.Collaborate with internal business teams, vendor support, and end users to resolve technical issues efficiently.Document fixes, SOPs, support workflows, and known issues, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Perform routine checks, maintenance tasks, and release validations to maintain optimal system performance.Support operational changes, upgrades, and patch cycles, ensuring timely resolution of tickets in accordance with SLAs.Key Requirements:Skills: Extensive experience with PDI applications, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL).What We Offer:Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for growth and professional development.
