These values guide how we show up every day, align, and work together to build a brighter future for all of us.Join the team that is building the EV charging industry and make your mark on how people and goods will get everywhere they need to go, in any context, for generations to come.Reports ToSourcing ManagerWhat You Will Be DoingAs a Vendor ManagementYou would onboard new vendors in ChargePoint ERPUpdate existing vendor records in ERPPerform vendor outreach via calls and emails to obtain or validate vendor detailsEducate requesters on pre-requisites of vendor setup documentsGuide requesters to navigation through onboarding tool, etc.As a BuyerYou will be responsible for procuring goods and services for MROConvert Purchase Requisition (PR) to Purchase Order (PO)Acquire quotes from requestors, maintain and update order acknowledgement, currency, payment terms, ship dates and expedite delivery if needed.Monitor status of open purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery of materials Review monthly & quarterly Open Order Reports assuring PO dates are alignedManage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality problems with suppliers and our AP/AR teamManage and resolve ongoing issues with internal mappings of departments, GL Accounts, and commodities with FP&A team within ChargePoint's ERP system Resolve any concern with suppliers or receiving department providing missing packing slips, and discrepancies, incorrect materials shipped, etc.Provide trainings or guidance to internal stakeholders if neededManage ChargePoint's Amazon account & monitoring users, etc.What You Will Bring to ChargePointUnderstanding the importance of teamwork and work well with others to achieve common goals.Showing respect for colleagues, clients, and their diverse backgrounds, as well as maintaining professional boundariesDependable, meet deadlines, and take responsibility for your actions, both successes and failuresAdhere to a strong moral and ethical code, ensuring integrityPunctuality for work and meetings and effectively managing workday to meet deadlines.RequirementsBasic accounting knowledge and applicationProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong written and oral communication skills in dealing with internal and external customersTake an active role in process improvements and implementationsSelf-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure, to accomplish tasks on time and with high quality results.Initiative in learning and changing work methods to accomplish assigned tasks on a timely basisAttention to details at the job in handProactive approach to solve problemsEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in business or related discipline2-4 years relevant work experience in vendor setup and Procurement. Prior experience in Electronic Vehicle / Automotive environment desired LocationIndia- Remote We are committed to an inclusive and diverse team.
