Strategic HR LeaderWe are seeking a visionary professional with 7-12 years of experience from a product startup to oversee our HR functions.Employee Life-Cycle ManagementDesign and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) aligned with business goals, ensuring regular and transparent communication around performance expectations, goals, and outcomes.Foster a positive work culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives, boosting morale, and addressing employee concerns proactively.Payroll ManagementCollaborate with leadership to develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits strategies, including salary budgeting and benchmarking, health insurance, and perks.Oversee payroll processing in collaboration with external partners, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursement factoring in all statutory deductions, benefits, and allowances.Talent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningOversee recruitment by working with your team, agencies, and managers to strategize and define roles, build pipelines, run preliminary or closure conversations, structure compensation and negotiation, do reference checks, and onboard candidates.Ensure effective communication and insights to develop qualitative nuances of candidates, managing expectations, reducing drop-offs, and create excitement leading up to onboarding.ComplianceLead the upkeep, effective communication, and implementation of HR policies including conduct, POSH, leave management & remote work, grievances, Inclusion, ESG etc.Ensure compliance and records maintenance of all HR-related legal & statutory needs, including but not limited to labor laws, gratuity, EPF, ESI, and other relevant regulations.Administrative LeadershipOversee safe daily office functions, supplies, maintenance, and vendor relationships to ensure a smooth and productive work environment.Manage employee wellness fund and sundry cash budgeting and utilization, including proper documentation, tracking, and compliance with financial policies.
