Job Summary:We seek an accomplished Human Resource Administrator to manage employee lifecycle changes, process onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.Responsibilities:Employee Onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, and system provisioning.Employee Changes: Manage promotions, transfers, manager changes, and location updates in HRIS; maintain accurate personnel files.Offboarding: Coordinate exit logistics, asset recovery, systems access removal, final documentation, and file retention.HR Support: Serve as the first-line point of contact for HR inquiries and route complex issues appropriately.Compliance & Reporting:Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain audit-ready records.Recurring Tasks: Own I-9 audits, EEO data integrity, and ACA tracking.Reporting: Prepare recurring and ad-hoc HR metrics.Payroll & Benefits Administration:Payroll Partnership: Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness of pay-impacting data.Benefits Support: Assist with benefits enrollment, qualifying life events, and troubleshoot employee benefit questions.Systems & Data Integrity:HRIS Management: Maintain data accuracy, permissions, and workflows; assist with imports/exports between HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.Data Protection: Safeguard sensitive information and adhere to data retention and privacy standards.
