We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement while working in a dynamic and professional environment.Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, interview coordination).Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.Maintain employee records and update HR databases.Help organize employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.Assist in drafting HR communications, letters, and reports.Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and policy implementation.Coordinate with employees and managers for HR-related queries.Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR processes.Practical exposure to various HR functions.Opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals.Experience in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.About the Company:Alchemist Marketing Solutions is a 360-degree marketing firm that believes in providing through-the-line solutions to brands.
