Global Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and streamline human resources operations across global locations.Expertise in HR processes, statutory compliance, and HR systems management.Strong stakeholder relationships and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and process orientation.Ability to manage teams in a global setup.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire employee lifecycle - from onboarding to exit.Ensure accurate data management across all HR systems and employee data.Comply with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates.Drive engagement, recognition initiatives, and workplace culture development.Develop yearly goal setting, annual appraisal, and performance review processes.Establish an employee grievance process and ensure its seamless execution.Prepare monthly dashboards and analytics for headcount, attrition, and HR activities.Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decisions.Collaborate with business, IT, Finance, and Legal teams for operational efficiency.Oversee timely filing and audit readiness for all labour laws.Ensure POSH committee establishment and compliance adherence.Additional Responsibilities:Serve as the HR liaison for leadership communication and initiatives.Coordinate quarterly townhalls and internal communication forums.Utilize HR tools such as Greythr and Smartsheet effectively.Arrange travel arrangements and ensure timely delivery of team members.
