OKR Performance Manager RoleThe role of OKR Performance Manager involves driving organizational success by developing, implementing, and refining our OKR framework.This includes analyzing performance data, facilitating OKR setting and review sessions, and providing insights to optimize goal-setting processes and achieve outstanding results.Develops and refines company-wide OKRs to ensure strategic alignment and clarity of organizational objectives.Implements and manages the OKR digital platform, including end-to-end planning, rollout, training, and ongoing support.Facilitates regular OKR planning and reviews sessions, proactively engaging and challenging senior stakeholders to set ambitious and measurable objectives.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are defined, measured, visualized, and reviewed regularly to drive accountability and results.The role will also involve managing a Business Intelligence (BI) developer and defining, tracking, and maintaining business-critical KPIs across the organization, departments, and project levels.Establishing robust KPI governance, conducting regular KPI health checks, and designing, deploying, and managing comprehensive KPI dashboards and performance reports are key responsibilities.Required skills and qualifications include a minimum of 7 years' experience in strategic planning, performance management, or a related field, with a proven track record in implementing OKR and KPI frameworks.Strong analytical skills, experience leading transformation projects, excellent facilitation and presentation skills, and a deep understanding of OKR and KPI principles are essential for success in this role.
