Communicate project progress, risks, and changes effectively to ensure alignment and buy-in.Clear Communication Channels: Establish transparent communication pathways to ensure information flows seamlessly between all teams.Key Responsibilities:Project Monitoring and Reporting: Track project performance against established metrics, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery while minimizing disruptions.Detailed Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards highlighting project status, risks, and performance against the AOP.Requirements:Experience: 9-14 years in Planning for core Transmission Lines.Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
