Job Overview:We are seeking a high-achieving Performance Marketing Strategist to lead our Amazon PPC campaigns across geographies, delivering exceptional ROI/ROAS results.Create and execute a robust performance marketing strategy for Amazon PPC campaigns, driving business growth and market share.Develop and own the performance marketing P&L, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Lead a team in executing and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions.Design and maintain automated dashboards for periodic reporting on Amazon sales and spends, analyzing key metrics and opportunities for improvement.Optimize conversions by studying relevant search terms, targeting audiences, and utilizing tools like Helium to maximize campaign effectiveness.Partner with Amazon to develop Joint Business Plans, Drive Spend Programs, and other initiatives that drive business growth.Conduct market research to identify new product ideas and category trends, informing strategic decision-making.Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory planners, brand marketers, and supply chain teams to enhance customer experience.Requirements:At least 4 years of experience in Amazon advertising (AMS), with a proven track record of success.Demonstrated experience in owning and managing the Amazon marketing P&L, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.Experience in the baby category is preferred, but not required.
