What You Will Achieve:
As an Senior Executive Human resource you will play a pivotal role in our organization by ensuring the seamless
HR operations, recruitment, and administrative support. You will contribute to building a strong team and maintaining efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Manage employee records, leave management, and HR documentation.
Support the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee queries and concerns, ensuring positive employee relations.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events to foster a strong work culture.
Recruitment:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and refine recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Administration:
Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance, and ensure smooth office operations.
Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring timely scheduling and logistics management.
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Essential Skills:
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations.
Proficiency in managing employee records, leave management, and documentation.
Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks related to HR and operations.
Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ability to build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring.
Experience collaborating with managers to refine recruitment strategies and staffing plans.
Attention to detail in managing office supplies, facilities, and scheduling meetings.
Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle both HR and administrative duties efficiently.
Desirable Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
