About the Company - Our client is an emerging player in the Agritech sector. They have embarked on an ambitious plan to bring about a revolutionary change in the Agriculture sector.

About the Role - They are currently looking for a Senior HR professional, preferably a Diversity candidate to come on board and develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

Responsibilities -

  • Overseeing the development and management of company-wide HR management programs, such as Talent Acquisition/recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation & Benefits, Reward & Recognition and succession planning.
  • Providing strategic guidance on people issues and HR best practices and ensure their effectiveness.
  • Building and maintaining effective working relationships with management team and employees to foster a positive work environment.
  • Leading employee communication, employee engagement initiatives and handling employee relations issues (ER & IR).
  • Managing and overseeing policies, comp & ben - benchmarking programs, including welfare programs like health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Ensuring the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts are effective and aligned with company values.
  • Ensuring 100% statutory, regulatory and legal compliances.
  • Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Formulate career development plans.
  • Promote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce the company's positioning as an equal opportunity employer.
  • Lead employer branding efforts.
  • Evaluate training and development programs

Qualifications - MSSW (Masters in Social Work with IR & PM) or MBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field from an institute of repute .

Experience: Minimum 15-20 (Age -40-45 years) years relevant experience out of which last 2-3 years as the head of HR function of a medium sized company.

Required Skills -

  • Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS, ATS).
  • Good understanding of labor legislation.
  • Excellent leadership abilities, Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Certification like PHR and SPHR is a plus.
  • Proactive & result oriented, able to communicate extremely well and relate to, all levels in the organization. Team player. with relevant experience in Manufacturing Sector.
  • Working knowledge and good communication in English, Hindi, Telugu will be ideal.
