About This RoleWe are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and manage large-scale data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory (ADF).This is a customer-facing role where you will partner directly with clients to translate business needs into scalable data solutions while leading small teams and mentoring other engineers.Design, develop, and optimize metadata-driven data pipelines in Fabric and ADF for ingestion, transformation, and delivery. Ensure performance and maintainability through the use of SQL and Stored Procedures.Architect solutions using Medallion Architecture to ensure scalability, governance, and reusability. Focus on delivering production-grade solutions with monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization.Work closely with customers to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and provide best-practice guidance. Develop and share reusable frameworks and knowledge transfer to client teams.Integrate data from various systems including Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, and other SaaS/on-prem systems into Fabric, Data Lakes, or Warehouses.
