As a key member of our team, you will drive innovation in intelligent automation and shape the architecture, deployment, and vision for large-scale AI systems.Your key responsibilities will include defining the AI vision, technical direction, and best practices for our Generative AI team, identifying high-impact use cases for AI-driven transformation, and designing, building, and deploying advanced generative and large language models (LLMs).You will also integrate text, image, and 3D data for intelligent, automated workflows, build and optimize large-scale data pipelines and ML training workflows, train, deploy, and scale models using AWS and modern MLOps tools, collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams, and mentor and upskill ML/AI engineers.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related field5+ years of experience in ML/Data Science with a focus on Generative AI, LLMs, or Computer VisionExpertise in Transformer-based modelsExperience with multimodal datasetsStrong coding skills in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, NumPy, pandasDeep understanding of probability, statistics, and optimization
