Job Title: Property Operations ManagerThe ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property, ensuring all administrative functions, security issues, and facility services are covered.Prioritize facilities needs and manage supplies to ensure adequate stocks and materials.Work with facilities manager and assistant facilities manager to oversee property operations and participate in emergency evacuation procedures and business continuity plans.Conduct routine site rounds and critical area inspections.Responsibility and attentiveness for tickets raised and closure tracked within SLA.Shift wise M&E stock record and update.Vendor management (working at the site).Coordination with LL team and Site FM team for daily basis activities.Managing and preparation of material BOQ if required.Managing and shifting manpower deployments.Inventory management/store management.Ensuring checklists updated upkeep of the facility.Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Energy consumption and data management.Managing weekly, monthly FM & LL MOMs.Maintaining records of admin reports.Incident reports/records and tracker management.Managing technical equipment data sheets lining of manpower and vendor as per 52 weeks PPM calendar schedules.M&E team briefings.Daily basis observations and closures.Record of PPM & service reports and time-to-time updates with the PPM planner.Work permits issuance and records.Gate pass and material movements.Providing data and reports to stakeholders as required.Time to time checking of logbooks, checklists, equipment history cards, and inventory registers.Time to time training for the M&E teams.M&E team attendance and records.Flexible working hours and shift jobs.
