Role Description This is a full-time on-site position based in Noida for a Real Estate Property Accountant. The Property Accountant will be responsible for Managed property accounting, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliations for U. S.-based real estate assets . The candidate will also assist with financial analyses, budget preparation, and liaise with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and alignment within the company. Qualifications Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements Managed property accounting, including accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and bank reconciliations for U. S.-based real estate assets. Knowledge of journal entries and general Accounting principles Experience in Finance and Financial Reporting Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Familiarity with real estate accounting processes and standards Proficiency in relevant accounting softwares like Tally, Quickbooks etc. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
