This is a remote position based in India, requiring exceptional communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.This individual will have excellent spoken English, a strong grasp of the US accent, and experience working with reservation software and property management systems (PMS).Key Responsibilities:Process refund requests and resolve billing discrepancies in accordance with company policies.Handle guest inquiries, concerns, complaints, and disputes with empathy, professionalism, and active listening.Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining, and experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.Identify opportunities to improve reservation processes and guest experience.Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.Perform additional related duties as required.Requirements:Fluent spoken English with clear voice and US accent familiarity (mandatory).Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.Experience using reservation software and PMS tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Proactive problem-solving mindset.
