Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate and build strong relationships with new builders for project approvals (APF).
2. Develop, execute, and manage new channel partnerships to expand the business network
3. Responsible for achieving and driving top-line numbers and revenue targets.
4. Drive bulk deals with builders to maximize business opportunities and revenue.
5. Focus on increasing market penetration with Super Prime and Prime products.
6. Maintain an average ticket size of ₹25 Lakhs and above in sourcing.
7. Execute and manage the entire project approval process efficiently, ensuring timely approvals.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
9. Analyze market trends, competition, and adapt strategies for growth and market share.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Desired Skills & Experience:
1. Minimum 4+ years of experience in APF (Approved Project Finance) and channel development,
ideally within the housing finance industry.
2. Proven track record in executing and managing builder relationships and channel partnerships.
3. Strong relationship management, execution, and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to drive sales and meet or exceed revenue targets.
5. Strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
