Job Summary:Sigmoid seeks a highly skilled Talent Development Expert to design, deliver, and scale our Fresher Training Programs. The ideal candidate will create comprehensive onboarding and learning journeys across technical, functional, and behavioral domains.Key Responsibilities:Develop innovative training programs that blend technology, behavioral development, and business readiness.Align programs with business priorities, emerging technologies, and client expectations.Ensure freshers are prepared to transition into billable roles smoothly.Program Execution & Management:Drive end-to-end management of Fresher cohorts, ensuring seamless scheduling, trainer allocation, labs, and learning infrastructure.Partner with technical SMEs and external vendors for high-quality delivery.Build strong learner engagement mechanisms to ensure high participation and completion.Metrics & Impact Measurement:Define success metrics for each training track and report progress to leadership.Track outcomes such as program completion, assessment scores, conversion to projects, and on-the-job performance.Continuously refine programs based on data insights and business feedback.Qualifications & Experience:8–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on Fresher/Early Career Programs.Proven expertise in designing and scaling both technical and behavioral learning interventions.Energetic, collaborative, and passionate about developing young talent.Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
