We develop innovative and scientifically validated solutions that help organisations attract, develop, and retain top talent.This role combines AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise to design and enhance our assessment tools, while supporting global consulting projects for clients. The hybrid position requires advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering, as well as knowledge of test creation and validation.Main Responsibilities:Develop and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.Utilise AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages, collaborating on reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.Create AI-driven personalised programmes generating tailored feedback for assessments.Work with the Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models ensuring accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.Partner with consultants and teams to support the development of AI-supported solutions for customised assessments and reporting, including dynamic custom reports.Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines, and user manuals for customised tools.
