Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced US IT recruiter to join our team and handle end-to-end recruiting for key VLSI roles.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hiring for niche VLSI roles, knowledge of applicant tracking systems, and strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.About the Role:Recruiting: The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for key VLSI roles.Candidate Evaluation: You will evaluate candidate skills based on job requirements in the semiconductor domain and work with various hiring models (W2, 1099, C2C).Compliance and Communication: Maintain compliance with US work authorizations and ensure timely communication with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for high-demand VLSI skill sets and provide daily/weekly reports on recruitment activities.Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and have a proven track record of closing niche and hard-to-fill semiconductor roles.Requirements:Hiring Experience: Hands-on experience in hiring for niche VLSI roles in the US Location.Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems: Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and job portals.Strong Relationships: Strong relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and candidates.Closing Roles: Proven track record of closing niche and hard-to-fill semiconductor roles.
