ASIC Technical RecruiterWe are seeking a highly skilled technical recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruiting for semiconductor and ASIC/VLSI roles, with the ability to identify, attract, and engage top hardware engineering talent in a highly competitive market.About the RoleManage full-cycle recruitment for ASIC/VLSI/semiconductor roles (Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, RTL, FPGA, etc.).Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.Source and engage candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking, and niche forums.Screen and evaluate technical talent for relevant experience, skills, and cultural fit.Drive interview and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.Maintain an active talent pipeline and proactively map the market for ASIC professionals.Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.3+ years experience focused on semiconductor/ASIC hiring.Strong understanding of ASIC design flow, chip development lifecycle, and niche skill sets (RTL, Verification, DFT, PD, STA, etc.).Proven track record in sourcing and closing passive candidates for hard-to-fill positions.Proficiency in using ATS tools and sourcing platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
