We offer turnkey solutions, Offshore Design Centers (ODCs), and staff augmentation across key areas like RTL Design, UVM Verification, Emulation, FPGA Validation, DFT, RTL-to-GDSII, Physical Design, Mask Layout, and Silicon Bring-up. Our embedded services include firmware, device drivers, RTOS porting, and board bring-up . We are seeking a highly motivated Sr ASIC Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience recruiting for semiconductor and ASIC/VLSI roles, with the ability to identify, attract, and engage top hardware engineering talent in a highly competitive market. Manage full-cycle recruitment for ASIC/VLSI/semiconductor roles (Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, RTL, FPGA, etc.). Source and engage candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking, and niche forums. Screen and evaluate technical talent for relevant experience, skills, and cultural fit. Drive interview and selection processes, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Maintain an active talent pipeline and proactively map the market for ASIC professionals. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor talent movements. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. ~3+ years experience focused on semiconductor/ASIC hiring . ~ Proficiency in using ATS tools and sourcing platforms. ~
