Growth Engineer Intern

About the RoleCopilotKit is looking for a Growth Engineering Intern to help us ideate, design, and build demos that showcase the power of CopilotKit and our partner frameworks. These demos are a key part of our product-led growth strategy, helping developers understand, adopt, and get inspired by our open-source platform.This is a part-time, remote internship (±20 hours/week), ideal for students or early-career engineers in EMEA or APAC regions who want hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, product, and growth.You'll work closely with our Growth Engineering Manager, Lead DevRel, and GTM team to create compelling demos, content, and experiments that drive adoption and measure impact.Location: This role will be based remotely in the APAC or EMEA region.What You'll DoBuild and ship AI demos and experiments using CopilotKit + partner frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, Tavily, A2A, etc)Brainstorm and prototype creative demo concepts that highlight CopilotKit's capabilities in real-world use cases.Work directly with our Growth Engineering Manager and Lead DevRel to create product content (blog posts, tutorials, walkthroughs, showcase videos).Contribute demo code and documentation to support developers exploring CopilotKit.Support analytics and measurement of demo adoption, user engagement, and overall growth experiments.Learn and apply growth engineering principles in a product-led growth (PLG) environment.Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product team members on high-impact growth experiments.RequirementsBasic experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python (bonus: React knowledge).Experience building with AI agents (like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, etc)Curiosity about AI agents, open-source software, and product-led growth.Strong English and communication skills — able to explain technical work through content (posts, docs, or videos).Analytical mindset — interested in measuring what works and iterating quickly.Ability to learn new frameworks and turn ideas into prototypes.Enjoys experimenting, problem-solving, and working in a collaborative, async team.Bonus:Experience building with AI tools like v0, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.Experience designing automations with Zapier, n8n, etc.Having built an agentic app with CopilotKit beforeWhat We Offer Fully remote, flexible internship.
