Technical Customer AdvocateIn this role, you will be the technical point of contact for customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Implement and support AI-powered solutions to drive business growth.Collaborate with development teams to design and implement data pipelines and integrations.Act as the primary technical liaison and trusted advisor for customers, providing guidance on complex technical matters.Coach and mentor junior engineers on the team.Design and configure workflows based on client business needs using SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructure.Build data models that support personalization, lookalike modeling, and omnichannel activation.Set up ETL pipelines across disparate sources and create unified customer views.Configure external data connections (APIs, S3, etc.) and develop detailed technical documentation.Proactively identify and resolve blockers to ensure project timelines are met.Requirements:BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Information Management.6+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation that involves managing and manipulating large data sets.Proficiency in SQL, troubleshooting large-scale relational datasets, scripting (e.g., Python, Ruby, Shell), and working with cloud-based systems.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience setting up ETL processes and integrating disparate data sources.Working knowledge of data modeling and customer data infrastructure (CDP, CRM, DMP, etc.).Ability to explain complex technical problems to both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.What We're Looking For:A customer-first mindset with a passion for learning and hands-on experience with agentive AI solutions.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Experience with typical SDLC methodologies and Agile development tools.
