What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

  • Proactively source top talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future client needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches to identify the best fit for client openings, ensuring alignment with their unique needs.

Candidate Screening & Engagement

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and ensure a strong match with client requirements.
  • Conduct engaging phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as a trusted liaison between candidates and clients to ensure a seamless experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
