Title: Senior Recruitment Specialist

With immediate plans to diversify into staffing solutions and Learning &Development, we aspire to be a complete HR solution for the industry.

What You'll Do

Talent Acquisition

- Proactively source top talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future client needs.- Conduct thorough candidate searches to identify the best fit for client openings, ensuring alignment with their unique needs.

Candidate Screening & Engagement

- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and ensure a strong match with client requirements.- Conduct engaging phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as a trusted liaison between candidates and clients to ensure a seamless experience.

What We're Looking For

- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.- Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities.- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.- Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
