With immediate plans to diversify into staffing solutions and Learning &Development, we aspire to be a complete HR solution for the industry.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
Proactively source top talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet both current and future client needs.
Conduct thorough candidate searches to identify the best fit for client openings, ensuring alignment with their unique needs.
Candidate Screening & Engagement
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates and ensure a strong match with client requirements.
Conduct engaging phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as a trusted liaison between candidates and clients to ensure a seamless experience.
What We're Looking For
3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.
Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple priorities.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
