Job Title: Automation and Quality Engineering ManagerJob Description:The Automation and Quality Engineering Manager will lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with our product's continuous release cycle. This role requires expertise in designing and maintaining scalable automation systems, including test data generation for realistic customer simulations.Develop and execute a comprehensive quality strategy to guarantee high-quality products that meet business requirements.Lead the QA engineering team, driving quality ownership across releases and collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.Collaborate with security and DevOps teams to ensure SOC2 compliance controls are validated, and data access and customer isolation are properly managed.Design and implement performance, scalability, and load testing for core workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the development and maintenance of test automation systems across web, API, and performance.Partner with Engineering to drive quality ownership and collaboration throughout the organization.Define and measure key quality KPIs, such as defect leakage, automation coverage, test pass rate, etc.Mentor QA engineers to develop their skills and drive a culture of proactive quality ownership.
