SDET III Job DescriptionAs a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing.Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-quality test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API testing to ensure efficient software releases.Test Strategy & Planning: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies to guarantee the delivery of high-quality software products.Code Quality & CI/CD: Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps to enhance code quality and efficiency.Performance & Security Testing: Develop and execute performance, load, and security testing strategies to identify potential bottlenecks and vulnerabilities in our software applications.Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating closely with developers to resolve issues promptly and effectively.Mentorship & Best Practices: Mentor junior engineers, promote best testing practices, and drive quality initiatives across teams to foster a culture of excellence.Tooling & Innovation: Evaluate and introduce new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance software quality.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and DevOps teams, to deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs.This role requires strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
