About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Project Management Professional to lead our Last Mile Operations team. As a Territory Manager, you will oversee project implementation, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality results.Your Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage design and site delivery teams, driving performance excellence and delegated responsibilities.Develop and implement robust project management frameworks for residential interior fit-out projects.Cultivate strong relationships with project stakeholders, fostering collaboration and effective teamwork.Establish and maintain formal reporting arrangements on project progress for clients and our organization.Prioritize and deliver assigned projects within set schedules, meeting client needs, business objectives, and design guidelines.Coordinate vendor and business partner interactions throughout project completion.Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our organization, ensuring timely delivery within our quality standards.Requirements:A minimum of 5 years' experience in the building construction industry, preferably in project management or a related field.Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.Relevant experience managing interior fit-out projects, including residential, retail, and office projects.Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.Tech-savvy professionals who have successfully adopted digital and technology initiatives.The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.A degree in Architecture or Interior Design, and a post-graduation degree in Project Management or Construction Management from a reputable institution.
