Job OverviewAs a key player in our organization, you will lead the planning and execution of critical software initiatives and projects.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and drive business goals forward. You will also work closely with leaders to develop organizational structures and processes as we continue to grow.ResponsibilitiesOversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and requirements gathering through to design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support, particularly for key projects and initiatives.Help develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, technical specifications, and timelines, ensuring clear alignment with strategic objectives.Ensure timely delivery of projects, within scope, and while maintaining the highest quality standards and execution efficiency.Track key project milestones and metrics, providing regular updates and accurate reports on project status, risks, and progress.Manage project execution using appropriate methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.Proactively identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage project scope to prevent creep and keep the team focused on delivery goals.Coordinate and manage expectations, communications, and deliverables with stakeholders (including leadership and third-party partners).Build a culture of collaboration that embodies our core values: customer-centricity, data-driven decision making, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
