Regional Head Franchise Operations Job SummaryThe Regional Head Franchise Operations plays a pivotal role in building trust with potential franchise investors, presenting the NextClick franchise opportunity, and successfully converting qualified leads into signed partners.Key Responsibilities:Lead Management: Establish connections with prospective franchise investors, conduct video presentations and phone consultations, build trust and credibility through professional communication, maintain regular follow-ups until closure.Sales Closing: Convert qualified leads into confirmed franchise sign-ups with deposits and signed agreements, present ROI, payback period, and vendor commission structure clearly and confidently.Relationship Building: Serve as the relationship ambassador for every franchisee, handle concerns, build reassurance around refund policies, ensure smooth handover to the Operations team, conduct follow-up calls to maintain franchise satisfaction and referrals.Reporting & Coordination: Update all activities in the CRM daily, share weekly reports with the regional head, participate in review meetings, work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.About this RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sales Professional to join our team.
