Founded by serial entrepreneur Arvind Parthiban and veteran Jayakumar Karumbasalam, the company aims to revolutionize the world of IT.Key Responsibilities:Handle legal notices, responses, and communications for US, India, and NZ entities.Manage statutory and regulatory compliance under Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Labour Laws, GST, and IT Act in India.Liaise with registered agents and advisors for Delaware franchise filings, annual reports, and state compliance.Draft, vet, and negotiate software agreements, master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, channel partner agreements, vendor contracts, and consulting agreements.Support sales and finance teams with customer contract reviews, renewals, and compliance with accounting standards / GDPR / data-protection obligations.Maintain a contract repository, track renewals, and ensure timely renewals of customer and vendor contracts.Develop internal contract playbooks and templates for repeatable use.Work with external counsel (India / US / NZ) for litigation, intellectual property protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters.Provide legal inputs to internal stakeholders on business decisions, pricing models, and new market entry.
