Build and scale engineering capacity to meet evolving business needs.Business Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a strategic partner to product owners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver measurable value. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across geographies and functions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with global teams including product, QA, infrastructure, and support. Navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across time zones and organizational boundaries. Champion transparency, shared goals, and inclusive decision-making.Innovation & Strategy: Lead initiatives to modernize CRM capabilities and enhance user experience. Explore emerging Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation. Contribute to long-term platform strategy and roadmap planning.Required Qualifications14+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.3+ years of experience in engineering management or technical leadership.Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect are highly valued.Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.Experience with agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration in a remote environment.Demonstrated experience making impactful technical decisions in complex enterprise settings.Familiarity with AI technologies.
