Senior Salesforce Technical LeadSalesforce Senior Tech Lead Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce technical leader to oversee our sales, service, and experience cloud teams. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform and possess exceptional leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 3-5 Salesforce developers and support engineers. Oversee daily operations, ticket triage, and sprint planning to ensure timely and high-quality deliveries. Establish and enforce coding standards, deployment best practices, and review processes. Incident & Problem Management:The successful candidate will serve as L2 technical expert for resolving complex Salesforce issues escalated from L1 support. They will ensure incidents are accurately categorized, prioritized, and resolved based on business impact and severity. Additionally, they will conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. Communication & Stakeholder Management:The ideal candidate will maintain transparent communication with client stakeholders regarding ticket status, SLAs, and blockers. They will collaborate closely with client IT and business teams to align support efforts with evolving business needs. Continuous Improvement:The successful candidate will identify automation and improvement opportunities in the support process. They will propose and implement minor enhancements that improve user experience and system performance.
