Job Title: Salesforce DeveloperHiring Location: Chennai and Trivandrum.Experiance: 3 to 6 YearsRole Summary:As a Senior Salesforce Developer you will develop and maintain applications within ERP/CRM systems (primarily Salesforce), with minimal supervision. You'll collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions, mentor junior developers, and actively contribute to practice-wide initiatives.Responsibilities / Key Outcomes:Develop applications/modules as per user stories and low-level designs.Debug, test (95%+ coverage), and document high-quality code.Participate in code reviews, release processes, and defect management.Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and sprint planning.Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest improvements.Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, reusable components, and best practices.Support and improve deployment, sandbox refresh, and release management processes.Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project SLAs.Must-Have Skills:Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura ComponentsDeclarative Tools: Flows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Page LayoutsIntegration Skills: Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, External system integrationsData Handling: SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader or similar toolsDeployment & Release: Experience with production deployments and handling deployment errorsStandards: Adherence to Salesforce best practices, code reviews, and secure coding practicesSoft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, team collaboration, mentoring skillsAgile Methodologies: Working knowledge of Scrum or KanbanGood-to-Have Skills:Salesforce Domain Knowledge: Sales Cloud expertiseExperience with sandbox management and refreshesKnowledge of other Salesforce products (e.g., Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)Basic understanding of DevOps tools for Salesforce (CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, etc.)Experience in resolving production issues and incident managementParticipation in internal knowledge sharing or hackathonsExperience Range:Total Experience: 4 to 8 yearsRelevant Salesforce Development Experience: Minimum 3+ yearsPerformance Measures:High test coverage (>95%) and reduced defect leakageCompletion of mandatory certifications (Salesforce Platform Developer I, II preferred)Timely and quality delivery of tasks/modulesContribution to internal learning, reusability assets, and client satisfactionEffective mentoring and upskilling of junior team membersSkillsSalesforce, Angular.js, JavaScript
