Maritime Operations ManagerWe are seeking a diligent and meticulous Maritime Operations Manager to provide strategic support in maintaining the highest standards of maritime safety and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day tasks and projects under the supervision of Team Leaders.Conduct quality and compliance assessments on maritime operations.Prepare reports under supervision of the Team Leader.Requirements:2nd Mate (FG) Certificate of Competency.At least 12 months of sailing experience as an Officer of the Watch is required.Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance in the maritime industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in computers and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while performing multiple tasks.Must be able to work effectively within a team-based environment and with all levels of personnel.Resourceful, well-organized, and able to work independently.Possess a mature personality with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.This role involves a mix of desk work and hands-on experience, providing a well-rounded opportunity for growth in the maritime industry.Competitive salary package, medical and travel insurance, career development opportunities, training and development programs to enhance your skills.
