Oracle Fusion Finance ProfessionalWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our organization.The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, with a strong functional understanding of modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, and Tax.A strong background in Subledger Accounting rules, configurations, and setups is essential, as well as a solid grasp of Procure-to-Pay processes.Prior experience with support activities, including full ticket lifecycle management, root-cause analysis, and SLA-driven support delivery, is required.The successful candidate will be responsible for providing L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules, analyzing and resolving issues related to chart of accounts, ledger and legal entity configurations, subledger accounting rules, journal creation, posting, and reconciliations, AP/AR invoices, payments, receipts, asset additions, depreciation, retirements, and adjustments, cash management processes, and more.They will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact assessments, and deliver root-cause analysis (RCA) with recommended solutions.Responsibilities:Providing expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Financials modules.Analyzing and resolving complex issues related to financial transactions and reporting.Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.Developing and maintaining knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials features and functionalities.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials support or implementation.Strong understanding of financial concepts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.Expert-level knowledge of subledger accounting rules, configurations, and setups.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
