We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion Application Administrator to lead the management, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.**Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance by creating and managing user accounts, roles, and security permissions.Monitor performance, system health, and application availability using Oracle tools.Plan, coordinate, and apply quarterly updates, patches, and new releases for seamless functionality.Analyze and resolve application issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.Maintain production configurations, security settings, and reference data for optimal system performance.Handle data imports/exports, data validation, and data protection tasks efficiently.Collaborate with HR, Finance, SCM, and other teams to meet application needs.Generate reports and dashboards, leveraging experience with OTBI as an asset.**Required Skills & Experience:Demonstrate hands-on experience administering Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (HCM/ERP/SCM).Show a strong understanding of Fusion security, roles, privileges, and user provisioning.Familiarity with quarterly patching cycles and Oracle maintenance processes is essential.Proven ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.Knowledge of data import processes, HDL/FBDI, is highly valued.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are crucial.
