About Convin: Convin is a Contact Center software that leverages AI to improve customer interactions. By utilising conversation intelligence, companies with high volume calls can automate 100% conversation QA, uncover business-driving behaviours & actions, and auto-create personalised coaching instances. Moreover, we aim to eliminate human dependency and proactively address all contact centre challenges.
Convin is a Bengaluru-based company founded by four IIT Delhi alumni distressed by the lack of use of client conversation data. Our company has since helped global companies across verticals improve contact centre processes with its platform capabilities.

Job Description: Convin is seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to join our passionate team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in owning a product line and shaping our product strategy. You'll navigate user needs and business objectives, ensuring our product continues to meet market demands and delight our users.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Visionary: Develop and articulate a clear product vision that inspires our team and users. 2. Customer Advocate: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and ensure the voice of the customer is central to our product decisions.
3. Roadmap Management: Own the product roadmap, prioritise features, manage the backlog, and ensure smooth execution.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring the product vision to life.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise data to inform product decisions, analyse metrics, and identify trends.
6. Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
● MBA Degree with a Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
● Minimum 2 to 5 year prior experience in a product management role or related field
● Passionate to work on AI and have an interest in exploring and learning about AI products
● Experience with B2B SaaS products is a plus.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
