Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain backend services to support client-specific integrations.
Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, providing solutions during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services to deploy and manage client solutions.
Document best practices, solution designs, and technical guides for internal and client use.
Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Product, Sales) to enhance integration workflows.
Stay updated with industry trends to provide clients with the latest and most effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years in a technical role, preferably in Solution Engineering, along with Backend Development.
Proficiency in Python with good knowledge of computer fundamentals, including operating systems and networking.
Familiarity with APIs (GRPC, REST) and exposure to cloud services (AWS, OCI, etc.).
Basic experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards addressing client needs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., pre-sales, solution consulting, technical account management).
Familiarity with monitoring and optimization tools for application performance.
A keen interest in staying updated with technological advancements and a passion for continuous learning.
