Job OpportunityWe are seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors SCDP Specialist to lead the implementation of Succession & Development Planning solutions.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in configuring and maintaining succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and talent review processes within SCDP. They will also be skilled in conducting talent reviews, calibration sessions, and identifying successors for critical roles.A bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field is required, with SAP SuccessFactors SCDP certification preferred. The successful candidate must have 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and a proven track record of leading end-to-end SCDP implementations.Key Responsibilities:Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans, and talent review processes within SCDP.Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions, and identify successors for critical roles.Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness.Integrate SCDP with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning (LMS).Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.SAP SuccessFactors SCDP certification preferred.7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.Proven track record of leading end-to-end SCDP implementations.
