Anima is also known for scouting fresh Indian faces and placing them in major international markets such as Paris, London, and New York, as well as managing top-tier creatives within India. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Talent Manager on the New Faces and Development team. Some of the key responsibilities include 1. **Communication:** Maintain clear communication skills. 2. **Content Creation:** Manage polaroid sessions and development content. 3. **Logistics:** Oversee models' schedules and logistical arrangements. 4. **Shoot Management:** Handle editorials, test shoots, and model development. 5. **Client Relations:** Nurture and maintain strong client relationships. 6. **Scouting & Database:** Actively scout for new talent and creatives, and build a comprehensive database of industry professionals. 7. **Event Organization:** Plan and execute scouting and model search events. Qualifications - Experience in talent management, talent scouting, and relationship building - Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills - Knowledge of industry trends and market demands in fashion, film, and advertising - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in administrative tasks and managing schedules - A background in fashion, marketing, or a related field is advantageous - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
