Transfer Pricing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Transfer Pricing practice in the UAE.This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals interested in developing strong technical skills in international tax and transfer pricing. Comprehensive training will be provided.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE CT law, OECD guidelines, and relevant regulations.Support benchmarking studies using global databases.Conduct financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions.Assist in preparing Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country related deliverables.Research UAE Corporate Tax legislation and international tax/TP developments.Support in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.Work closely with seniors/managers to execute client engagements.Maintain accurate working papers and project documentation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.0–2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or financial analysis (freshers welcome).Strong analytical and numerical skills.Good communication and report-writing skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Eagerness to learn and build expertise in Transfer Pricing.What We OfferStructured training and continuous learning opportunities.Exposure to high-quality TP and international tax engagements.Growth in a leading tax advisory environment.Collaborative and supportive team culture.
