About the Role

Entrustech Digital is seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creator & Social Media Engagement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across various platforms. You will have a keen understanding of social media trends and possess exceptional visual storytelling skills. If you are passionate about social media and have a proven track record of creating compelling content that drives audience engagement, we encourage you to apply.


Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, create, and publish high-quality, engaging content (images and videos) for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, , and YouTube.
  • Utilize design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and CapCut to produce visually appealing and impactful social media assets.
  • Develop and implement innovative content strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Specialist with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Expertise in creating engaging content for diverse audiences across multiple social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and video editing software like CapCut.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with content strategy development and implementation.
