Responsibilities Assist organisers and venues in getting onboarded smoothly on SortMyScene Be highly active on WhatsApp groups to respond to queries in real time Provide support for feature-related assistance Coordinate between internal teams & clients to ensure smooth operations Maintain client relationships and ensure quick, effective resolutions Guide clients on how to use dashboard features, tracking tools, and workflows Qualifications Strong communication skills — clear, polite, and confident across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email Ability to handle multiple conversations and clients simultaneously without missing details Highly proactive and responsive — someone who reacts fast and takes initiative Comfortable managing WhatsApp groups and customer-facing chats Basic tech-savvy skills, especially understanding online dashboards, tools, and simple troubleshooting Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks during peak hours Patience, problem-solving attitude, and ability to stay calm with stressed clients Past experience in customer support, client servicing, or community management is a plus (not mandatory) Fluent in English Must be comfortable with an on-site role and being active during evenings/weekend peak times
