The ideal candidate will ensure team effectiveness, deliver high-quality results, and drive strategic initiatives that align with organizational objectives.Key Role & Responsibilities:Team Management:Supervise and mentor team , including Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Analysts, and Graphic Designers.Assign tasks and projects while ensuring alignment with client and organizational priorities.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to achieve team and individual goals.Project Management:Lead independent projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.Develop and implement project strategies that align with client requirements and organizational objectives.Manage resource allocation and ensure efficient use of team capabilities.Operational Oversight:Review and approve deliverables, including dashboards, business insights, reports, visual assets, and presentations.Coordinate with stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve challenges, and ensure satisfaction.Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement scalable solutions.Data and Insights:Provide strategic guidance on data analytics, visual storytelling, and business intelligence to drive impactful outcomes.Work collaboratively with Business Analysts and Business Intelligence Analysts to ensure actionable insights are delivered.Creative Support:Oversee the design team's creative output, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and alignment with client goals.Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to encourage innovation and creativity.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Data Analytics, Graphic Design, or related fields. Master's degree preferred.Experience:5+ years in a similar role with experience in team management and project execution.Strong background in business analytics, business intelligence, and/or creative design.Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and MS Office Suite.Soft Skills:Exceptional leadership and mentoring capabilities.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a technology or B2B sales environment.Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams.What's in it for you?Constant Learning and an entrepreneurial growth mindset.
